Cecilia “Sally” Manungas is the VP/Partner of TLC Realty and her professional experience as a Realtor began nearly 20 years ago. She has received numerous awards in sales and client service. She is married to a wonderful man of over 25 years and has 2 grown handsome sons. Sally loves to do gardening, shore fishing, traveling, and barbequing with her family. Originally from Wahiawa, she and her family moved to Mililani. She has been in Mililani for over 15 years. Selling real estate is her passion.
